Pothole seedling technology is a modern seedling technology using light matrix soilless materials such as turf and vermiculite as seedling substrate, mechanized precision seeding, one hole one grain, one time seedling.
This is our automatic seedling production line. The whole line is divided into three parts: two soil covering machines and an on-demand seeder. They can be split and combined. The whole assembly line is provided with support feet to facilitate leveling, and the installation of universal wheels, easy to move and carry
If you want to use this line to complete the seedling work, 6 steps are completely done
1.First cover: Put the soil needed for growing seedlings into the cover machine. Note: The seedling soil should be made of yellow soil or orchard soil with good porosity, fertility and moderate weak acidity, mixed with molecular soil and organic fertilizer
2.Scraping: The matrix soil in the hole tray is not smooth, we need this process to make the surface smooth
3.Rolling brush: This step is to roll the dirt on the surface of the tray to make it fall off and the surface becomes clean
4.Pressure hole: Press the matrix soil in each hole to create a pit
5.Sowing on demand: Put the seeds into the hole tray
6.Secondary soil covering: the surface of each hole in the hole tray is attached to a layer of matrix soil

The advantages of seedling rearing
1. In the process of filling, seeding and bud promotion, it can be completed by machinery, which is simple and fast to operate and suitable for large-scale production.

Scientific sowing procedure for seedling rearing in the pit pan
1. Loading: First mix the substrate well and adjust the water content to 55% ~ 60%. Then the matrix is installed into the hole tray, as far as possible to maintain the original physical properties, with a scraper from one side of the hole tray and the disk surface to the other side, so that each hole is filled with matrix, and each cell is clearly visible.
2. Pressure plate: Place the same hole plate vertically on the hole plate filled with matrix, and place your hands flat on the hole plate to gently press down, preferably one plate and one pressure, to ensure the same depth of seeding and orderly emergence.
3. Sowing: Place the seed point in the plate of the pressed hole, place 1 seed in the center of each hole, and lay the seed flat. Be careful to play a few extra sets.
4. Cover: After sowing, cover the original substrate, scrape from one end of the disc to the other end with a scraper, so that the substrate surface is flat with the disc surface.
5. Seedling bed preparation: In addition to the summer seedling bed requires shade and rain, winter and spring seedlings should be carried out in the greenhouse sheltered from the wind and sun. The seedling bed surface in the greenhouse should be drilled flat, the ground is covered with a layer of old film or mulch, and the hole tray is placed on the mulch.
6. Watering, cover film: After the hole tray is placed, spray water with a spray can with a fine hole nozzle (avoid flooding, so as not to flush the seeds out of the hole tray), and then cover a layer of mulch, which is conducive to water retention and orderly emergence.
